I found the breakfast very good. It included many options. The staff were also very friendly and very safe. I admired the topnotch food.

My room did not include a telephone. I also noted no cupboard was available to hang long coats. The bed did not include enough blankets.

excellent breakfast quiet atmosphere great location

The location is fantastic! it is so close to the shopping centre. the breakfast was also delicious. I really enjoyed the variety! the hotel's quiet atmosphere was awesome.

i did notice the wifi in the room wasn't great. the rooms could use better soundproofing.

helpful staff restaurant staff

The hotel staff was very helpful. Manelisi and Andrea, the front office managers, provided assistance above and beyond what I expected. Darius and the restaurant staff were also wonderful. They were always helpful and smiling at breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast buffet became a highlight. Every dish tasted perfect. They have coffee machines located on each floor, providing unlimited coffee access, that's great. The hotel's location let me easily access Sandton City, very convenient.

My room felt small when compared to the pictures online. That's annoying. The room lacked a kettle, a real bummer for tea time. I noticed some noise from the corridor at night, it made sleep difficult.
