i enjoyed a very clean and spacious room. There were complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits provided (a nice touch!).

i noticed the shower water was not warm enough.

I found the room temperature uncomfortably cold during the night and discovered no heating in the bathroom either I guess nobody thought to mention it.
