poor guidancehard pillows
The lack of clear information at check-in. I was handed a card and pointed to my room. in the restaurant, staff didn't show me to a table. I had to guess which ones were available. the pillows were too firm and this made sleeping uncomfortable. I developed fatigue ! also, noisy kids ran in the corridor. This made napping difficult.

I booked an overnight stay on a business trip. the room was large with just refurbished features and a huge tv. i liked the fantastic walk in shower and the beautiful decor. the bed was amazing especially the pillows and duvet. The best i think i have ever had in a hotel.
the food was nice but my meal was missing tobacco onions! no one came to see if everything was ok? i also couldn't get a staff members attention, they were busy chatting among themselves!

breakfast featured a wide array of choices, and the dinner menu offered delicious options, each cooked to perfection. i particularly appreciated the large bathroom with a great shower. the provided coffee and tea from a local supplier were very good.
the ale selection at the bar could use some improvement. this is just a minor thing though.

The big room had gorgeous peaceful views of trees and greenery. The staff were very cute , which I appreciated. The Sunday deal even included a chilled bottle of prosecco in the room! I also got a lovely two-course dinner in the grill bar, what a delight.
The fire alarm went off in the early hours! Management seemed unconcerned, and claimed it wasn't his problem. That was a bit unsettling.

Loads of parking spaces are available at this location! I also saw that the hotel had undergone a refurbishment. I must say that a wonderful job was done. It looked superb.

Breakfast had lots of fresh produce. It had a massive cooked breakfast. Dinner had plenty of choice! Both courses were fabulous, and very filling. The chocolate muffins were a real treat too.

The rooms are beautiful and very cosy. The beds and pillows were comfortable, I slept well. The rooms are also very spacious. The bathrooms are very modern! Amazing showers await you.

This spot is only twenty-five minutes from the city centre! The drive is straight down the M2. This makes trips easy and saves a lot of time. Free car parking is another great advantage.
