the staff were very helpful and accommodating. i arrived late after a long cycle and they found a secure place for my bike.

i was not able to book a table for a meal. i contacted the venue and was advised to use the comments column to book a table but this was not successful. tables were fully booked upon arrival and i was given a meal in the bar area which was not ideal.

The staff members were attentive and helpful. I was impressed by the hardworking team that maintained cleanliness throughout the premises. Breakfast was delicious, prepared exactly to my liking. I particularly enjoyed the free live entertainment one evening. It created a lively atmosphere.

The password for the internet was only available on a small card at reception. It would have been more convenient to have it readily available in the room.

My superior double room included ample space and a recently renovated bathroom. The room featured tasteful decoration, comfortable furniture, and a very comfortable bed. There were also several charging points available for my mobile phone which was very helpful.

The staff was consistently helpful. I received great service when I was waiting for my daughter. A complimentary cup of tea was offered. The food was excellent and cooked from scratch. Homemade ice cream and sorbet were available.

My room had no air conditioning. Only a fan was available. It was difficult to keep the room cool, particularly during warmer weather.
