the staff were very accomodating, this meant so much. the staff were all lovely and FRIENDLY.

the room felt fair dirty, that's not very nice. the parking area. my door has an alarm that goes off when i open it from outside, it was so strange.

I found lady only parking spots near the doors, a nice touch. the room was impressively clean. I usually spot something amiss, but it was super clean. the bed was comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. the price.

my room was super clean and seemed recently refurbished, with new carpeting. it felt quite large and the bed allowed for a comfortable rest. a powerful, hot shower was much appreciated the following morning.

breakfast impressed me with fresh, hot food that staff constantly refreshed. i noticed a good selection of cereals, pastries, and full english items available. an automatic coffee machine added to the convenience. staff were friendly.

the reception area was super clean and cute. the staff member at reception was polite, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. the bar staff opened my beer bottle and offered a glass. their attitude elevated the stay.

the staff were knowledgeable regarding nearby attractions they offered helpful directions too. the room was spacious it included comfy beds too they remade the beds

helpful staff clean room onsite parking tiny bathroom rubbish wi-fi ignored complaint

the staff, they were excellent and very helpful, i tell you. the room was lovely, and so clean too. i find onsite parking at a good rate, this made things easy for me.

the bathroom was tiny, like, you couldn't even move by the sink or shower. wi-fi was rubbish, i'm so upset. i complained twice to reception but nothing happened, unbelievable, they just ignored me!

surprisingly good stay

My double room was spacious, which i liked a lot. the staff were very helpful. They even assisted with my luggage. the car park was big, and finding a spot was never difficult. i found the availability of a water fountain useful for refilling my water bottle.

the selection of food in the bar was a little limited, i expected more variety.

My double room had ample space, which allowed me to move around freely. the room was clean. The cleaning staff had obviously paid a great deal of attention to detail. the bed was comfy and it made for good sleep.

the staff offered help with my luggage upon arrival, this service eased my check-in process. they gave quick responses to all my questions and provided clear directions. all the staff i came across, were friendly.
