Dining: Conservatory Restaurant
The Lamp House restaurant is named for the area's past coal mining links. A cooked breakfast or continental buffet is available from 7:30 AM in the conservatory restaurant. The restaurant is closed in the evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The hotel will soon launch a TV-dinner menu for room service.

This is Whitwick Road and we are on the left hand side.

“Hermitage Park Hotel strikes me as a practical choice, especially given its location near the M1 and East Midlands Airport; the banqueting atrium and in-house wedding coordinator suggest a focus on events, while the promise of a cooked breakfast is always welcome. Though some rooms need attention, the comfortable beds and hot showers are definitely a plus after a long day. It's a mixed bag, but the location and event facilities are clear strengths.”
