Okay, but not excellent
friendly staff good breakfast noisy location traffic noise
Staff were friendly and breakfast cost £10.
The location was NOISY. Traffic noise was constant because I was on a busy intersection. Also I was awakened by sunlight streaming onto my bed, I mean the curtains and blinds did not block it out.

helpful staff amazing room
i found the staff amazing they were friendly helpful and professional. i was very well taken care of. the room was also amazing
it wasn't clear for me that the room i booked had a shared bathroom. i had to pay an extra amount to upgrade to a double room with a private bathroom

good size room clean room convenient location cute staff
the room was a good size. it was very clean. the location is quite convenient, a short distance from the city center. the staff members were cute and helpful .
the small double bed was not ideal for two adults. the shower plug was missing, a minor inconvenience.

adequate stay with a few drawbacks
small room noisy club
the room i had was quite small it felt cramped. the bathroom seemed old it was not very appealing. also there was a club across the street it was very noisy at night. i found it difficult to sleep well because of it these factors really impacted my experience.

wonderful STAFF
helpful staff friendly staff superb skills
The romanian lady at desk is SUPERB. I hope management value her skills. The young Indian barman and waiter was really good. He is as good as any i have met on cruise ships. The staff was always helpful and FRIENDLY.
The hotel needed a bit of an update. It seemed like there was some wear and tear.

Breakfast was cooked to order. It was piping hot, and it was delicious. The breakfast had lots of choice, and it was plentiful. Everyone found something that they liked. I was very grateful.

The location was very convenient. It's not far from the station. It was an easy WALKING distance to the town center. It was a prime location right by the train station, so it was easy to find.

Bedrooms were spacious and CLEAN. They had everything i needed. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was a great amenity to have. There was free onsite parking, a massive advantage.
