the staff was very friendly and polite. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and i couldn't hear any noise from other guests. i also found electric car chargers, a feature i appreciated (very helpful).

the bathroom looked a bit shabby, and the toilet was not fixed to the floor.

the staff were polite, i will concede THAT much.

The room reeked of stale smoke, which i found wholly unacceptable. my request for a different room was met with a shrug. Clearly, standards are low. the bed was like sleeping on a slab, and i awoke with a backache. this hotel needs a SERIOUS overhaul.

The staff helped quickly when a member of our group locked herself out. She was fine wearing just her birthday suit. The rooms provided basic amenities, and the staff were friendly. The shower was also decent! Overall I think that I got a value for the price I paid for it.

The window road noise disturbed my sleep. They could be more soundproof.
