Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Helpful Staff

I found parking very convenient. It was located close by! The staff were helpful, and I appreciated their assistance. My room was quite spacious, very clean, and modern. The bar area was a nice addition to the hotel.

I was slightly disappointed that only a small can of water was provided . The Wi-Fi speed could have been improved. It was a bit slow at times.

My small double room lacked air conditioning, therefore the temperature was uncomfortably high. The television did not function properly, this was a MAJOR inconvenience. Breakfast service seemed understaffed. There was noticeable difficulty locating staff for assistance.

I found the location really central. I could walk to nearby restaurants and bars. the staff were helpful and addressed issues quickly. the breakfast had good options. I liked the full english.

noisy junction uninspiring breakfast

the room was quite warm. i had to keep the louvred windows open all night. it wasn't ideal since the hotel is near a busy road junction. the breakfast was adequate, but not particularly inspiring..

modern bathroom powerful shower convenient location

The rooms are newly decorated. my double room had a very modern bathroom. i especially liked the powerful shower. It was great. breakfast offered a full english option. it was freshly cooked, though the area was a bit busy. the location suited my plans. it was convenient for the town centre, and i found nearby restaurants easily.

the car park is shared with a supermarket.
