excellent central stay
convenient location clean room friendly staff
the location is very convenient and surprisingly quiet. the room was clean, which i appreciated. the staff were also friendly and helpful, addressing my queries efficiently. i would certainly consider this hotel again in the future.
I found accessing the hotel a little frustrating. It always required a receptionist to manually unlock the door, regardless of having a keycard.

the hotel offers quick access to the liceu metro station, only a short walk away. this allows easy transportation to various parts of the city. a 24/7 reception provides security and assistance at all times.

the hotel is super centric and situated very close to la boqueria market. las ramblas is almost next to the hotel. plaza cataluña is also easily accessible by foot, offering convenient access to the city's attractions

poor water flow limited breakfast
The shower had poor water flow. It was hard to rinse properly. Breakfast cost 19 euros and it wasn't worth it. The selection felt limited. The seating area near the foyer didn't work well. It looked grand, though it lacked functionality. I found no water or coffee available during the day. I expected more.

the location was very good. it was close to a metro station on la rambla street. i loved that it was only a short distance from the market. the room was clean and quite comfortable.
the maid completely ignored the door tag. the tag said no thanks. i know it happened once while we were in the room, but it might have happened other times. the front desk staff was not very helpful at check-in.

clean room great staff small room terrible coffee
the hotel is very clean, this is important to me. everyone at the hotel was great, both at the front desk and the lady that services the room.
the room called as superior was small, i think it could be bigger. the breakfast was poor, especially the terrible coffee.

unpleasant street view strange design
the staff were very helpful, and the location was acceptable.
my room faced a rather UNPLEASANT street view, and it felt quite small compared to what i saw in pictures. the washroom seemed oddly designed with wheelchair support, which i didn't need and found strange.
