fantastic stay!
pleasant staffsuper clean roombreakfast varietygated parking
the staff were super nice and always ready to help. everything sparkled, the lobby, the corridors, and especially my room. breakfast had lots of options so i found plenty to enjoy. plus, i felt safe knowing the parking area had security cameras and gated access!
the location required a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, almost 15 minutes, but it wasn't really that inconvenient.

The hotel was very neat and clean. i found the staff excellent and helpful. They quickly answered my questions. access to the train station was also convenient. i appreciated the secure parking available.
I noticed a door stopper in the middle of the bathroom floor.

the breakfast had some excellent quality food. the bread was super fresh and the tortilla de patata was delicious. the room itself was basic, yet very well kept.
the towels felt messy, it seemed they weren't cleaned properly. the location wasn't ideal. the placement of the door stopper in the middle of the bathroom floor felt poorly placed.

The hotel offers free private parking. It is a GREAT benefit. A commercial center with a food court is a short 300-meter walk away. The staff was WONDERFUL and very helpful.
The placement of the door stopper in the bathroom is awkward. It poses a tripping hazard.
