friendly staff modern equipment poor insulation drainage issue
The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. The room included a mini-bar and TV. The gym has modern equipment.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear doors slamming. The bathroom lacked proper drainage, and the floor got wet after showers.

helpful staff public transport good breakfast smooth process
The staff was very nice. They helped with directions! I appreciated the proximity to public transport because getting around was so easy. The breakfast had many choices, a good way to start the day. I found the check-in and check-out processes smooth and efficient.
The shower pressure was a bit weak!

public transport handy supermarket friendly staff
the hotel is near public transport. i noticed a supermarket next door, very handy. i found the reception staff friendly and professional.
the gym felt a little cramped with minimal machines.

wonderful stay near camp nou
helpful staff lovely food comfortable room quiet air conditioning
the staff was very helpful i experienced the onsite restaurant and found the food lovely my room was comfortable and clean i appreciated the quiet air conditioning it ensured i had a good night's sleep.
the room was quite small but not a big problem for me i managed it well .

the hotel is close to the football stadium this made it convenient for my planned activities the metro station is easily accessible i found public transportation very convenient for exploring other parts of the city.

metro station good options broken button towels change
the location was near a metro station i found that convenient. the breakfast had good options i enjoyed that.
the toilet flushing button was broken it was a minor annoyance. the towels were not changed everyday i found that inconvenient.

helpful staff great breakfast amazing staff uncomfortable mattress pillow issue bathroom flooding
i thought the staff was quite helpful. they managed to retrieve my stored luggage after i misplaced my ticket. the breakfast resembled a proper dinner, which i appreciated. the hotel granted every request i made, so the staff was amazing.
the mattress felt horribly uncomfortable. the pillows had the same issue. i also had to pay for water, which i found inconvenient. the bathroom flooded when i took a shower because of a drainage problem.

Amazing Stay Near Camp Nou!
rooftop pool clean rooms awesome location
The location was awesome! It's super close to the stadium (a real treat for a football fan like me!). The rooms were always clean and well-kept. I especially loved the rooftop pool. It provided great views of the city while I relaxed.
