i thought the staff was quite helpful. they managed to retrieve my stored luggage after i misplaced my ticket. the breakfast resembled a proper dinner, which i appreciated. the hotel granted every request i made, so the staff was amazing.
the mattress felt horribly uncomfortable. the pillows had the same issue. i also had to pay for water, which i found inconvenient. the bathroom flooded when i took a shower because of a drainage problem.

The location was awesome! It's super close to the stadium (a real treat for a football fan like me!). The rooms were always clean and well kept. I especially loved the rooftop pool. It provided great views of the city while I relaxed.
