i had a fabulous lunch. the service was fantastic. the place was very clean. everything seemed freshly made.
the bathroom heating did not work. the bathroom bath leaked onto the flooring when the plug was removed. i had to report this to staff for maintenance.

Lovely Venue with Clean Surroundings

Charlie always takes care of us. She is lovely, and her boyfriend, the chef, deserves recognition. His food is amazing. The venue is very clean, and there are many food choices.
The EV charger at the hotel charged approximately £34. This seemed fine. Another £44 was charged for staying in the spot. This was unexpected. If I hadn't woken up early, the charge would have been around £200 despite setting a max cost of £50 on the app.

The staff were helpful and polite! and they accommodated our requests efficiently. The team worked hard to maintain a high standard of service throughout our visit, we had everything we needed .

The hotel is convenient for Mallory Park Race Track. It is quite close. Secure parking is available . This added to the sense of security for our vehicles parked overnight, this was a plus point.

My parents received a super clean and warm ground floor room during their three-night stay. The suite offered a fabulous experience, according to my cousin and his wife. The team managed the service perfectly, ensuring everyone felt satisfied after the meal. I enjoyed the comfortable seating and yummy cocktails in the bar.

The towels in my room were large and fluffy , and the shower worked very well. The bed was really comfortable. I had extra pillows for added comfort. I found a large bottle of water and a glass next to the bed , which I appreciated. I especially liked the soft-close toilet seat.
My room felt a bit tight , but it was manageable for a short stay.
