Acceptable, but Several Issues
faulty safe keyfluctuating shower
I found a couple of problems . The safe key did not work. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly from hot to cold, quite annoying. These issues detracted from the overall experience, and I expected better maintenance.

superb hotel experience

the location was perfect it was a gentle stroll into the city. the bus stop location was great as well. i felt okay all time the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room lacked privacy because of the window in front of the shower. the early cleaning service was disruptive especially during my vacation. the cleaning lady interrupted my sleep twice by entering the room

the room was neat and large plants brought peace to the balcony. the bathtub was nice and a terrace was attached. the room included air conditioning and a television.

the hotel's location is away from the busy city center. there is a bus stop nearby that is easy to access. the area has a quiet atmosphere less touristy than other areas.

the breakfast included fresh cold cuts and fruit with varied bread options. lactose-free products were available upon request. there was plenty of food available to fill my stomach.

the car park worked well it was very handy. the hotel had bicycle and scooter rentals on site. the receptionist could arrange taxis faster than ride-sharing apps.

The breakfast was acceptable , with different breads and fruits.
The staff was unwilling to help , and one person screamed at me. There was no gesture to, and one towel in the new room was dirty.

The staff were so cute. The hotel was also clean and what you expect for what you pay.
The walls felt thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. I also could hear noises coming from other rooms. It was hard to relax sometimes.
