the receptionist was very helpful, providing all necessary information upon my arrival. i was given a complimentary upgrade to a double bed room, which i found to be a nice touch. i found the location convenient with the town center, rail station, and a large supermarket all within easy reach. the room provided adequate comfort .
I found that parking was restricted around the hotel. If i didn't find a spot, i would have needed to leave my car keys at reception.

Check-in was very smooth, and all the staff were friendly. The room included complimentary bottled water, a nice touch I appreciated. I found convenient parking available onsite, which simplified my arrival. I could easily get an iron, thanks to the excellent customer service.
The walls felt a little thin, so I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

i found the receptionist friendly. she was very clear about what the hotel offered. the location was convenient. it was just a short distance from the town centre and the rail station.
the breakfast finished quite early at 8.30, a little inconvenient. the pillows were plastic covered. they were also very thin. the cases didn't fit properly.

The receptionist was friendly upon my arrival, immediately setting a warm tone. i was really surprised with an upgrade to a double bed room. A appreciated touch. the room included coffee, tea, and biscuits, a simple pleasure i savored.

I was grateful for the prime location, as it was close to the station. It was also near the town centre. The room had a good size. The high ceiling was lovely.
The building felt aged. The windows looked original. I saw lots of cobwebs around the outside of the window.
