Wonderful Stay!
large selection central location spacious room friendly staff
The breakfast included a large selection with many choices. The hotel location proved central to attractions. I liked the room size. It felt spacious. The staff acted very friendly and helped with my requests.
The street outside could be a bit noisy sometimes.

noisy street poor noise insulation
The breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
The room I received faced a very noisy street. Sleep was difficult because of constant traffic and early morning garbage trucks. The noise insulation was poor. It was like the sounds were coming right through the walls.

breakfast buffet train station safe neighborhood small room shower box noisy street
the breakfast buffet had many good choices! it is just an 11 minute walk from santa maria novella train station and about the same from the duomo. the neighborhood feels safe. i had everything i needed.
the room was really small! i almost couldn't fit in the shower box and i am not a large person. it was not good. really noisy main street outside!
