the staff was helpful when i needed something.
The air conditioning was not working. This made the room uncomfortably warm. It smelled like gas or sewage, quite off-putting.

I appreciated that the hotel is close to the train station and main attractions. The staff was friendly and also helpful . The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. It was a great way to start the day.
The street noise at night was noticeable. Light sleepers might find it difficult without earplugs. This affected sleep quality some nights.
