the staff proved friendly and efficient. the bed was comfortable. the rain shower was a true delight and very modern.

the gym is rather small for a hotel of this stature. i found there was no air conditioning in the fitness area. the spa facilities also don't open until 2pm.

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station, a real bonus. My room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

I found some issues. The gym was small. Air conditioning was absent there. Some noise from outside was audible.

chaotic service peeling wallpaper

The breakfast service felt chaotic. It was hard to get a server's attention. also, i noticed some wear and tear in the room. the wallpaper was peeling in one corner. It made the room look less polished. i found the room temperature difficult to control. i was either too hot or too cold, it seemed. the ac control was unresponsive.
