the staff proved friendly and efficient. the bed was comfortable. the rain shower was a true delight and very modern.
the gym is rather small for a hotel of this stature. i found there was no air conditioning in the fitness area. the spa facilities also don't open until 2pm.

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station, a real bonus. My room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable.
I found some issues. The gym was small. Air conditioning was absent there. Some noise from outside was audible.

The breakfast was great with a lot of choice (i especially liked the omelets). Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the warm spa pool. It had massage jets and a sauna.
The gym is rather small. It has no air conditioning. The room we had was on a small main road and this amplified noise considerably.

chaotic servicepeeling wallpaper
The breakfast service felt chaotic. It was hard to get a server's attention. also, i noticed some wear and tear in the room. the wallpaper was peeling in one corner. It made the room look less polished. i found the room temperature difficult to control. i was either too hot or too cold, it seemed. the ac control was unresponsive.
