the hotel's location is great. it's so close to the train station, i could walk there in minutes! the breakfast included plenty of options, what a delight. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations, i really appreciated that.
the paper cups provided in the room were just too small for a good cup of tea, honestly. i wish there were proper mugs instead, we'd love that.

the hotel's location rules! it is super close to the train station, a total score. the room i got was the bomb, so spacious and super clean, yes. breakfast had tons of choices, yum!

the room was clean. it had space for our luggage.
The paper cups were a big letdown, like the cheapest kind. One leaked when i poured hot coffee. the staff replaced them with glass ones, but it shouldn't have happened at all. some front desk staff weren't that friendly either. i think better training is needed to keep up a good reputation.

the bathroom was spacious. it included a modern design. the staff at reception were attentive and friendly. i had a tea making station in my room. the hotel provides private parking in the yard. i needed to book this in advance.
the room was a bit too small. there wasn't much room for luggage storage.

the train station is very close. it's only about a five-minute walk. self-service laundry facilities are convenient and easy to find nearby. there are also many stores and pastry shops just a few steps from the building.

i found the staff very helpful! the facilities were good and the air conditioning worked great. tomasso, a staff member, gave great advice and was always ready to help. we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. the location felt very convenient for getting around!
I did notice the shower's water pressure fluctuated. It switched between cold and hot every 30 seconds.
