the staff were helpful i did appreciate that

i found some issues the cold tap in my bathroom felt stiff it was obvious it had not been used often housekeeping should have noticed it extra beds we requested were not present on arrival we asked for these beds to be removed for our last night a charge of £25 per bed per night applied we were billed for these upon checkout it required time to arrange a refund
