Comfortable Stay Near the Airport
courteous upgrade friendly staff convenient parking
It was thoughtful. The staff was friendly and efficient, even accommodating an early arrival. The car park access.
I observed the hallways and club level rooms looked dated and showed signs of wear like damaged trim. I expected a more modern environment.

The reception staff was very attentive and willing to assist with requests. They ensured a smooth check-in. The hotel employee offered immediate help with luggage upon arrival. I found that very helpful. the service was prompt and effective.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted
non-functioning thermostat high bathtub wall
The thermostat in my Classic Room Guest room 1 King did not function. Despite reporting this issue, the room temperature remained too high for comfortable sleep. I also found that the bathtub wall was high, and I felt unsafe getting into the shower. The condition impacted my stay and sleep quality.

the sports bar had a great menu. the quality was amazing!!! i found the portions to be generous.
the lighting in the room felt very dim, like a dungeon.

the receptionist was friendly the room included parking on site i was grateful for the convenient parking. the room was a classic room with a queen bed the room size was good. the location was convenient to the airport i found that helpful.

adequate but flawed
non-functional air conditioning noise disturbance
the breakfast was acceptable.
this made sleeping difficult. furthermore, the noise from nearby rooms during cleaning was disruptive.
