The location is AMAZING!!! The hotel is directly across from the V&A Museum. It was so convenient. I found the room service to be quick and reasonably priced, a nice touch after a long day. The lounge bar offered great food and a relaxed atmosphere.
I noticed that some of the furniture in the hallways seemed a bit aged.

i found the location really convenient near the victoria and albert museum i also appreciated the helpful staff throughout my stay every request was handled promptly and efficiently
the air conditioning in my room was not effective it made the room uncomfortably warm during the night also the decor in the room seemed a bit outdated the furniture looked old

The location was fantastic. museums and the underground were very close. the service was perfect. All staff members were great!
The room lighting was harsh. i wanted softer light in the evening, but there was only a single switch. the bathroom was too warm. I couldn't adjust the radiator.
