A good stay
comfortable bed attentive staff tube stations
Check-in was indeed smooth and efficient. The king bed in my room proved very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. I found the staff on the main floor attentive (they even remembered my name). Three tube stations are nearby making it easy to get around.
I did find the gym small. The equipment looked fairly average. It would be nice to have a larger, more updated fitness area.

Breakfast featured a large buffet. It also included menu options if a breakfast package was chosen. I ended up having all my breakfasts at the hotel (the selection was that good).

The hotel provides several seating areas, allowing guests to relax in various settings. There is a gorgeous garden patio, ideal for enjoying some fresh air. Service throughout the hotel, especially housekeeping, proved very fast.

My room had an enormous window. It looked out at a nearby park. The room also featured a window seat and windows that could be opened (such a nice touch!).

really good stay
great quality sweet touch
The bikes were great quality. I used them to explore the area. the linens and bed were amazing, ensuring a restful sleep. a little treat from the cleaning service was daily. It was a sweet touch.

The staff displayed genuine kindness. They left snacks in my room after my return from a coldplay concert!!!

amazing birthday getaway!!!
warm welcome early arrival upgraded suite birthday dessert
My pre-birthday trip was lovely. I received a VERY warm welcome upon my early arrival. The team offered food and drinks as I waited for my room. They upgraded me to a suite, a thoughtful gesture. I even received a birthday dessert and champagne in my room. It felt amazing.
I didn't dine at the hotel, which I slightly regret.

The hotel boasts a central location near many great spots. It has easy access to shopping areas, perfect. Hyde Park and Harrods are also within walking distance. That's a real plus.
