dry eggsslow lift
I was quite disappointed. the breakfast was not great. the scrambled eggs were more like dry egg powder. also, the lift was slow. I waited longer than expected.

I found the breakfast staff very helpful. the breakfast was adequate. alice was particularly helpful. She were very good too assist me. the location was also quite convenient.
my room didn't have a view. the windows were obstructed, and i couldn't open them.

I found the hotel VERY clean inside. the location near the dlr was convenient for my needs. the staff were polite AND professional. i especially appreciated the ironing board. It made it easier to get ready for work.
the breakfast options felt LITTLE bland. I would have liked a bit more variety.

minor inconveniences
poor ventilationbathroom mold
i found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the ventilation in the room was quite poor and the room felt too warm.. this caused condensation on all surfaces. the mirrors were unusable because of moisture, and i even noticed some mold in the bathroom. it was not a pleasant experience.
