I thoroughly appreciated the quick and easy internet access. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location near public transport links, which allowed easy access to the city.

I found the signage slightly difficult to spot when initially driving to the hotel. It was a minor inconvenience, but a clearer display would improve the arrival experience.

I found the check-in process straightforward. the hotel maintained a clean environment. the room impressed me with its really good upkeep. the absence of provided water bottles was a slight letdown, i thought!

I noticed the declared soundproofing fell short. External sounds from trains and planes were noticeable. the shower in my room malfunctioned, this was disappointing. i wish this could be looked at.

The location was perfect for my early morning flight. it's a short walk to the airport terminal. the staff were really helpful. I had very good food in the restaurant and i enjoyed sitting outside.

The room was a bit dusty when i checked in. I found thick dust under the desk. the table and the toilet seat also had thick dust! though the bed was comfortable.

A VERY mixed experience

public transportation was nearby. THAT helped me go around easily.

The service disappointed me. The staff seemed uninterested, and when I approached the manager with my concerns, SHE was dismissive and offered no solutions. The cleanliness of the rooms was far below standard. I found dirt and dust in several areas.
