mixed feelings about the stay

small room translucent panels

the hotel's location was quite convenient (close to many attractions).

I encountered some issues . the room felt quite small and lacked proper attention to detail. the bathroom door had translucent panels, which let in light from an office building across the way. It was annoying.

attentive staff early check in restaurant info small room smaller bathroom non functional air conditioning

the staff, were super attentive, that was a plus. we got there early, and they tried their best to get us into our room, it was very kind of them. the doormen had good info on nearby restaurants, i thought that was helpful.

The room was a bit small, it's true. the bathroom was small too. the air conditioning wasn't working right. The room was uncomfortably warm for sleeping.

the afternoon tea was delicious! the aubergine sandwich stood out, and the desserts were very good. there was a very good selection of sandwiches also.

The room was supposed to be beautiful. It was like the worst room i can remember. i nearly asked for a change. i couldn't get a late checkout without paying for half a night. This was a first for me.
