amazing stay!
warm staff dinner reservation really good service wine hour
the staff was warm and friendly upon my arrival. they promptly made a dinner reservation for me within ten minutes. i found the customer service really good. the wine hour was a nice surprise.
the air conditioning in my room seemed inefficient, so the night was stuffy.

i ate in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. the breakfast offered amazing choices catering to every need. the hotel features a delicious menu that considered personal preferences for dinner and breakfast.

unclear reception area inefficient air con
The staff were cute and caring. I was in for a treat. The rooms were true luxury and the bed was possibly the best I have slept in.
The reception area was not clear. I was ignored on arrival with bags, so checking in wasn't obvious. I noticed a dirty food tray outside my door, presumably from a previous occupant, and it took nearly a day to be cleared. The air con in my room seemed very inefficient, so both nights were stuffy.

wonderful stay
kind staff buffet breakfast
the staff felt kind. the buffet breakfast had so many options that it set me up for the day. location was ideal because it let me explore everything on foot. it was only a short stroll from the southbank.
the reception area wasn't clear at all. i felt ignored on arrival, even with bags, so i was clearly checking in. the water station on my floor wasn't working, and i wasn't told.

the breakfast included great variety. many interesting evening meals were present too, especially vegetarian choices. i liked that the restaurant and bar area had such a lovely atmosphere.

the rooms are large and so well appointed. the bathrooms are also excellent, everything you could need. i appreciated the super comfy mattress because it guaranteed a great night of sleep.

the hotel is by tate modern and the thames, so cool. black friar and southwark stations are also super close. this makes transport very easy, always a plus.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. the breakfast included various options and set me up well for the day. i enjoyed that the hotel was only a short walk from the southbank..
the air conditioning in my room felt somewhat weak, so it was a bit stuffy at night.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful from the first moment. kasha deserves a special mention. She was especially attentive. the team provided excellent ideas to make my engagement perfect.
