I found a spacious room with good amenities. air conditioning worked well, it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. i also found the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. the hotel provided complimentary chocolate and a drink upon arrival, it was a cute touch.

the bathroom mirror had cleaning streaks, i believe it wasn't properly polished. this minor issue detracted slightly from an otherwise super clean room.

The room we had was spacious , it included a large bathroom too. The breakfast room is large and bright and had lots of choices.

On arrival , I was asked for photo ID to check in , this is apparently a Met Police requirement. I was not informed of that requirement in any of the emails I received from the hotel.
