spacious room comfortable bed toilet leak poor service

my room was quite spacious , clean, and the bed was comfortable. i went to the gym and it had equipment needed for a good workout. afterward i visited the bar for food. the staff members were attentive , and i could order food and drinks from my table.

i had a room with a bath and not a shower , which was not ideal. during the night , the toilet leaked , and the smell was strong. i did complain , but i am still waiting to hear back from them.

good amenities friendly staff

I found a spacious room with good amenities. air conditioning worked well, it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. i also found the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. the hotel provided complimentary chocolate and a drink upon arrival, it was a cute touch.

the bathroom mirror had cleaning streaks, i believe it wasn't properly polished. this minor issue detracted slightly from an otherwise super clean room.

spacious room large bathroom photo id police requirement

The room we had was spacious , it included a large bathroom too. The breakfast room is large and bright and had lots of choices.

On arrival , I was asked for photo ID to check in , this is apparently a Met Police requirement. I was not informed of that requirement in any of the emails I received from the hotel.
