The staff were really helpful and booked taxis for me. The rooms were clean and fresh. I stayed in a triple room with a double and a bunk bed, which worked well.

friendly staff super clean room safety feeling

the friendly staff showed genuine kindness, they were very helpful. the room was super clean and it had a good size. i felt safe , it really was a comforting thought.

The hotel is located near a tesco supermarket, so that's very convenient. the supermarket stays open quite late, it is useful if you need something. the location is really handy. Very practical.

hidden charges unresolved parking issue

The staff were helpful upon check-in. They ensured we had rooms close together.

There were hidden parking charges not advertised beforehand. I paid for parking, but still received a charge notice. Despite contacting the hotel multiple times with proof of payment, the issue remains unresolved after a year, and I am now threatened with legal action.
