I was upgraded to a studio apartment, it was a pleasant surprise. the apartment was impeccably clean (this was very important to me). the facilities were adequate, and the location was very central. i appreciated the upgrade for free. It really added to my stay.
the water pressure was not great, but it was manageable.

I really enjoyed the location, it was central!!! the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the room was clean, i found this very important. i even had a fridge. This was useful for storing drinks and snacks.
the room was a little small, but acceptable for a solo traveler.

The location was excellent. I was close to many underground stations and popular attractions. The room include a kettle. I also appreciate the security. There was a 24 hour staffed reception.
My room was small. It faces a backyard and was pretty noisy. The bed seemed hastily assembled with a mattress that drooped. It was not perfect.
