mediocre stay due to some issues

it took them about ten minutes, and they almost turned me away. then, they just gave me the car keys and i had to figure everything out myself. I was not shown where to go. the tv was hanging off the wall which i found annoying.

the staff was very friendly and cute. the wedding setting was perfect. but the buffet food was excellent.

the hotel can be noisy when guests are there for a wedding, it disturbed my sleep.

a good escape!

genuine smiles peaceful atmosphere

The reception staff greeted me with genuine smiles, a beautiful welcome. my room was super clean, and i loved the provided toiletries. They smelled wonderful. the breakfast buffet offered many choices, even a vegan option, which i really appreciated. i especially liked the peaceful atmosphere. It felt miles away from everything.

the parking fee was a bit unexpected, even though the hotel is in a lovely location. i had to pay it upon departure.

The hotel features a fitness center with treadmills and weights. Everything looked very clean. there is also an on-site restaurant that offers both buffet and à la carte options. The setting is perfect. i liked the spacious lobby and the available seating areas. A calm place.

My room included blackout curtains which assured complete darkness at night. Such a lovely touch. the bed had plush pillows and a thick duvet. Everything smelled freshly laundered. i loved the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. I took advantage of them.

The hotel is close to several shops, i could easily buy what i needed. there are also some restaurants and pubs nearby, a walking distance away. the area looked safe and well-lit at night. I felt really secure.

the breakfast selection was acceptable, it offered a full english option.

The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed stains on the walls. also, the lighting in the room was very poor. the room felt dark, it was not inviting at all, apply, twice.
