the room was very modern (i especially liked the design) and had everything i needed for my stay. the location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the aquatics center.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. they checked us in earlier. I was grateful for that. i was really surprised with dessert and a lovely note in our room for my daughter. she had recently graduated and it felt special.
There was a lack of tea and coffee in the room, a bit inconvenient. the breakfast was shocking. The bacon was 90% fat! my wife is vegetarian and got 2 fried eggs on a slice of non toasted bread for £20.

Okay stay, some issues arose
spacious room ample storage convenient location faulty switches stained toilet unreliable tv
the room was quite spacious. it was equipped with storage and amenities. location was close to train and bus stations. there was also a shopping mall nearby with restaurants.
some light switches did not work. the toilet bowl had pee stains at the bottom. the tv would just stop working unexpectedly.. you expect more for the price.
