perfect locationexcellent staffcomplimentary wine
the tube station was just a short walk away. many restaurants are located within a five minute walk. the staff at the front desk helped me a lot when i needed it. they also arranged for the driver to return my passport. they gave us a bottle of wine, too.
the mattress in the room was very hard.

Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments

Check-in occurred later than advertised. This was inconvenient. Upon entering the room, I noticed a lack of hand soap and body wash. This oversight suggests a lapse in cleaning procedures. The room was also quite small. It felt cramped. I don't consider this stay a return value.
