The hotel sits conveniently across from Gloucester Road station. This made travel across the city easy. The breakfast had varied options (I loved the fresh fruit!). The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The lobby lighting was a bit dim in the evenings, so I recommend improving that.

We stayed for several nights and found the location convenient, especially with the gloucester road tube station just across the street. it made exploring the city very easy. the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival were also a nice touch. our room overlooked a beautiful courtyard.

the gym was smaller than expected, but adequate for a basic workout.

I was welcomed with warm cookies upon arrival. Housekeeping serviced the room perfectly each day. The breakfast buffet had ample choices. The Gloucester Road Tube station was very close to the hotel.

The hall lights are motion sensor regulated, making dark areas.

the breakfast each morning had a large variety of options. i found the coffee machines nice. they made all different kinds of hot drinks.

we had a front facing room and the main road was noisy. i was woken up 3 times from car horns. it was not worth what we paid for a restless night.
