I found the staff helpful with finding a quiet space for a Zoom meeting. This thoughtfulness extended even after my checkout time. They ensured I felt well cared for throughout my stay. The garden rooms have a special appeal with amazing space and hot showers.

The location was convenient near the station. I found access very easy. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was fresh, clean and just perfect for my needs.
My room was at the front. The road noise was loud all night. The mattress was much too hard. The shower cubicle was small.

the location is fantastic, its a very short walk to the underground. i love how many restaurants are nearby, options for food are really great. the staff was super friendly and very helpful, felt very welcomed.

i stayed in a superior single room. it had a great view, but the room was much nicer than i expected. the bathroom had all the amenities needed, including a kettle and a hairdryer. the staff were friendly and willing to bring up extra water on request. we loved the room

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and provided clear explanations. The bed offered amazing comfort. The entire hotel maintained cleanliness and a pleasant fragrance. I appreciated the café downstairs. It was convenient for meetings.
The street-facing room allowed some traffic noise to filter in during the night. It was a slight disturbance.
