the location proved super convenient with many cafes nearby. the staff was genuinely helpful as my luggage was lost by the airline. they provided me with a shaving kit and toiletries needed urgently.
The air conditioning was quite poor. It did not cool the room properly. i also noticed peeling wallpaper outside my room, needing repair.

The hotel is centrally located and near to attractions. Staff were helpful with my lost luggage. They offered a shaving kit and necessary toiletries. I got upgraded to a spacious and quiet room in the main building.

The location proved convenient. It was near shopping areas. The staff members were very helpful with directions. The bed was also quite comfortable.
The air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to cool the room. Some wallpaper looked to be peeling. The elevator was out of service one day.
