quite adequate stay
convenient location helpful staff small room outdated decor
I found the location really convenient! paddington station was super close, allowing easy travel. the staff were really helpful. They quickly addressed my questions!
the room was a bit small, i felt a little cramped. the decor felt a bit outdated, especially the furniture. it needed some updating!

great location helpful staff early check-in broken tile frayed carpet old condition
the location provided great access to paddington station, really convenient. i found the staff to be amazing, they were friendly and helpful. i was able to check in early since my room was ready. restaurants and shops were also quite close by.
the website pictures gave a nicer impression than the actual conditions showed. i noticed several things needed tlc, including broken floor tiles in the bathroom. the carpet was old, frayed, and coming away from the wall. i was like i was staying at a youth hostel.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind to me.
The room was quite small. It felt a bit claustrophobic (certainly not ideal). I think the space needs updating and a fresh coat of paint as it looked worn.

The hotel's location near paddington station was convenient for accessing various parts of the city. the staff were helpful and friendly. They always answered my questions. my room included tea and coffee facilities which i used every day. the bed was comfortable and i slept well.
the shower gel was provided in sachets instead of a pump bottle.

The staff members were helpful . They provided directions and assisted with minor requests. I appreciated their professional and friendly manner. they offered prompt assistance, and their service enhanced my visit. overall i found them quite effective.

Many restaurants are near the hotel. A variety of cuisines were accessible within a short walk, including several offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. there is a pub just at the end of the street.

The room provided tea and coffee making facilities. This allowed me to easily prepare hot drinks. It also had a comfortable bed and daily cleaning. i found the temperature in the room well maintained. the window kept noise outside.

The location was super convenient near Paddington Station! It made it easy for me to get around the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. Breakfast options were also quite tasty at a local place.

convenient location helpful staff fantastic staff
The location is convenient, close to the train station. The front office staff was also fantastic providing useful local information.
The room looked a bit worn. There were some holes in the curtains.
