Telvina and Ionut provided excellent hospitality . The hotel offered complimentary water refills and had coffee and biscuits available. I liked the storage space under the bed. It was a practical use of space. The location was convenient with Paddington Station within walking distance.
The room was quite small. There was limited space to leave my belongings. (I really struggled with my luggage).

the staff were very friendly , they were available 24/7 for queries. my room was cosy , it was functional. it was well stocked with teas.
the hot water took 15-20min each time i wanted to shower , it was terrible.
