i stayed in a club double room. the room had a nespresso machine and kettle for coffee and tea, really useful. luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out, such great service!

The light switches weren't easily reachable from the bed. This was a minor inconvenience.

the location work awesome. it was close to everything i wanted to see. the room are well-prepared and clean. i loved that it was near the underground station, so getting around was simple.

the bed was not comfy at all. i had a terrible night sleep each night. the pillows are the worst i ever tried. the pillows.

The room included a comfortable bed. The shower was divine. The hotel has a location near many stations. A continental fare was served at breakfast.

My key card required reconfiguration several times. It failed to work, so frequent returns to reception were necessary. The room needed lights turned on continuously. This was even on a sunny day.

The location was alright. It was near enough to where i needed to be.

My stay had a couple of hiccups i wasn't thrilled about. the room felt pretty dim, honestly. also, i found no dressing gowns. What's a person to do after a shower?

victor. he arranged a gorgeous room. he also arranged a late check-out for me. i really appreciate katsuri's excellent and efficient service, she was very helpful.

The staff were rude and inattentive. they would never pick up the phone when i called reception. It was only after i called 3-4 times. they were standoffish and unprofessional. when i asked for a late checkout after a 6 night stay, the manager was condescending and begrudging.
