My room was clean. i liked that they allowed me to use their microwave in the staff room to warm my food. i dropped off my luggage early because i arrived at 7:30 am, and check-in wasn't until 2 pm. They have a separate locked room for this purpose! the underground station was a convenient 10-minute walk away, and i felt the area was safe in the early evening.
The walls felt quite thin. I could hear noises from other rooms and the corridor.
