The hotel offered a super clean environment and rooms displayed a distinct character. I found the staff to be kind . The location benefited from DLR connections within an 8-minute walk.

inadequate air conditioning hidden fees

the room decor was acceptable, i guess.

The air conditioning barely worked and shut off after a while. This made the room very hot and uncomfortable. the single room key policy is annoying. You can't keep the room cool while you're out since the electricity requires the key. also, there was an extra charge for a bed for my child.

charming stay near canary wharf

smooth check-in convenient parking equipped ironing board excellent food

check-in was smooth. i secured parking 100 metres away and, after checking out, i could leave my car until 1:00 pm. this allowed for a short walk to the nearby shopping centre. the room had a well-equipped ironing board. the indian restaurant accommodated my late arrival, offering excellent food and service even near closing time.

the bathroom sliding door stuck, and it wouldn't fully close. it was a minor inconvenience but slightly annoying.
