A Nice Stay

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful (Christina was amazing!). I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast upstairs with my food cooked exactly to my liking. Downstairs, the meeting spaces were great. I had a delicious hot chocolate, and my mum enjoyed a caramel macchiato.
The hotel charged a daily parking fee, which I found a bit unexpected.

The reception and breakfast staff demonstrated great kindness. They were all helpful and very polite. The hotel employees, from receptionists to maids and managers, provided excellent service.

The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley, and indoor golf (so fun!). It is also a twenty-minute walk from the town center. The location includes a parking spot, a true bonus.

Breakfast was substantial and tasty and provided an adequate selection. The cooked dishes were prepared exactly to my liking and were very satisfying. The bar stays open for the convenience of staying guests.

the room was upgraded, and the bed was comfortable. the room was also quiet,. staff members were friendly, and willing to help. i appreciated the quick check-in process.
the hotel seemed a bit dated, noticeable in some areas.

quick checkgreat attitude
Genna, the receptionist, ensured a quick and easy check in after my long drive. She also sorted my parking and offered a FREE drink after I signed up for the IHG member account. It was a GREAT attitude and she seemed to be a good ambassador for the brand.
no electric on entering the hotel room. i waited for maintenance to sort it. a worker said they don't serve long island ice teas, even though they were on your menu. it took ages to make it wrong plus it was overpriced
