the staff was friendly and helpful. the bar and eating area were nice (i especially liked the atmosphere). i found the shower powerful, and i appreciated the real coat hangers and a nice hairdryer. the location made it easy to walk to lakeside.

the room was quite small, leaving little space for luggage. for a longer stay, or for people who aren't accustomed to an english breakfast, the options might be unsatisfactory.

this location is next to the dartford crossing. it is in a commercial area. some fast food restaurants, gyms, and shops are nearby. the hotel is easy to reach from lakeside retail park.

the reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. the staff checked me in quickly upon arrival. i was impressed with the attentiveness and support that was provided throughout my stay.
