The room was well kept and featured daily housekeeping. It also included tea and coffee making facilities. A flat-screen television with cable channels provided entertainment, and climate control kept the temperature comfortable. There was sufficient space for luggage, too!

i found the location convenient, near many attractions. the staff demonstrated amazing friendliness and swift responsiveness to requests. breakfast stood out, with a thoughtful takeaway bag prepared for my very early departure. i appreciated this service.
the air conditioning unit had a slight issue , but it was promptly addressed.

charming Stay near Knightsbridge

great attentionperfect locationdelicious breakfastcold room
the staff really were great . They even arranged to have a refrigerator placed in my room. this was specifically for storing some food items, which shows great attention to detail. the location is perfect, and i especially enjoyed the breakfast i had.
the room was quite cold and I found it difficult to adjust the temperature. the ac unit did not seem to respond when i tried to set it to a higher temperature.

the location is perfect , it was central for everything i was planning to do. the staff was very friendly and responded quickly to my requests.
the facilities were dated and not what i would consider a 4 star hotel. the carpet was frayed , tiles cracked in the bathroom. the showers had mold in the grout and the window frames had peeling paint.

underwhelming stay due to service issues

small liftabrupt receptionist
the small lift felt unsafe its door mechanism seemed faulty i worried about it malfunctioning. the early check-out time of 11:30 am felt rushed other hotels usually offer a noon check-out. the receptionist wasn't very nice when i asked for a bit more time i found the interaction abrupt and not very cute.

The location is near many iconic sights , so close to bus stops. Rooms were clean and tidy. The street outside the hotel was beautifully quiet.
The lift only went to the fourth floor ,and my room was on the fifth floor.
