cold roomunacceptable service

the room felt cold i found no food available after 9:45 even room service i was told to order from just eats when paying a significant sum for a room this is unacceptable. if a guest is female one might be ignored in the bar area from service staff. i sat for a considerable time with an empty glass while the gents in the area were asked repeatedly if they needed a drink.
