great locationfriendly staffclean roomsound insulation

location is brill, just by barbican tube, so easy to see around. staff were awesome, always smilin and helpful. the room was super clean, like, super clean clean. soundproofing is quite something, road noise is not there.

sink plug didn't work, so washing up was a bit tough.

the hotel had everything needed, like a gym. it included enough equipment to maintain a workout schedule. laundry services are available, so you can wash your clothes before traveling back home.

The room includes a small kitchen, great for quick meals. there are plenty electric outlets, good for charging things. the bed was really comfy. I rested well on it .

the breakfast cafe down stairs, belongs to the hotel. they have a good breakfast, really important before sightseeing. there's plenty restaurants nearby, so you have many choices if you are eating out.

The service was real good, always smilin. check-in was easy, no stress. the reception always solved any need, that's useful during a trip. That's really important to me.

bathroom grimethin walls

the bathroom floor had some noticeable grime (i wish i had taken pictures). also, the noise level was a problem since i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. it seemed like the walls were paper-thin and really affected my sleep.
