The location was certainly a gift, moments from tottenham court road station i found easy access. the staff exhibited true kindness. linens were super clean and wonderfully fresh i found. i requested an extra duvet. It was granted with sincere warmth.
Getting up and down proved quite annoying. there was zero air conditioning in my small, stuffy room. the heat was intense. It seemed like a sweat box.
