cramped room squeaky floors
the location was acceptable, near the tube station.
I encountered some issues . the triple family room i booked was cramped. Barely any space existed to move around, let alone place luggage. the floors squeaked loudly with every step. it felt more like a closet than a proper room, especially considering the price.

convenient location friendly staff quiet room
I found the location convenient to both bayswater and queensway tube stations. kensington gardens are also nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful. This created a positive atmosphere. my room overlooked the square gardens. It was quiet, as the building is away from main roads.
The air cooler was not functioning properly. It needed cleaning.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor insulation smaller room
i was disappointed with the room i received it was smaller than expected. the noise insulation was poor i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. this.

tube stations nearby restaurants slow elevator missing stairs
the hotel is very close to multiple tube stations. several restaurants and stores are nearby (i visited a lovely cafe).
the elevator was quite slow. there were no stairs available for use (this was inconvenient).
