I found the breakfast quite nice. The continental selection had good variety. daily newspapers were available (a lovely touch!). the hotel's proximity to the gloucester road tube station made getting around so easy.
The room felt a little warm. Opening the window helped only somewhat.

The location was convenient.
The room I was given was half renovated. There was a loud noise from the road due to a lack of insulation. It was hard to relax. I noticed cheap paint on the cheap wooden furniture. The worn carpets looked bad.
