The location was excellent. It was very close to kings cross station. the room was funky and clean. the cocktail bar was also nice and i had a good time there.

It was noisy during the day. the air conditioning was also noisy at night. I had to use ear plugs. the breakfast was fine, though a cappuccino cost extra.

The staff were very friendly, I found them attentive and helpful.

The fixtures were not in perfect condition. I saw a cigarette burn on the bedside furniture. The sink tap also leaked, bothersome. This was not what I expect for the price.

i loved the hotel's proximity to transportation hubs. st pancras station was directly across. the room was super clean and felt fresh. i especially appreciated that the hotel provided excellent coffee in the room.

the hotel did not have many public spaces. the cramped reception area only had high bar stools. i would have liked a better space to unwind outside of the room.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful themed room it was a nice surprise. i was also offered a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. the hotel was clean and it felt very modern. the location was superb since it was near the eurostar terminal

i found the hotel to be a little dark especially in the hallways it was hard to see at times

my junior suite included a queen bed with a pull out couch easily accommodating my family. the room had newly renovated features and felt both large and cozy. cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay enhancing my overall satisfaction. the view from the rooms overlooked the station adding visual interest.
